通过1-乙酰乙酰基-3-甲基吲哚(I3MK)与各种稀土离子在77K乙醇刚性溶液体系中的荧光光谱、磷光光谱的测定,进行了I3MK向稀土离子能量传递过程的静态分析;从I3MK和I3MK-Tb(Ⅲ)体系的荧光寿命、磷光寿命、量子产率,时间分辨光谱等,计算了各主要能量传递过程的速率常数和能量传递效率,进行了该体系能量传递过程的动态分析,提出了Perrin公式的修正参数,讨论了I3MK-Tb(Ⅲ)体系的能量传递机理. 相似文献

This work reports for the first time the production a furanoheliangolide (goyazensolide) by plant cell culture. Monitoring of the goyazensolide metabolism revealed that the maximum production occurred during the lag phase of the Lychnophora ericoides callus culture. The antiproliferative activity of obtained goyazensolide was evaluated against seven cancer cell lines using MTT assay. The results revealed a potent cytotoxic activity for the furaheliangolide with IC50 values in the range of 0.06 microg/ml for CEM leukemia cells to 0.75 microg/ml for B16 melanome cells. 相似文献

A general scheme was developed for the cascade and stage oxidation of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridines by potassium permanganate, based on the successive oxidation of the allylic triad of carbon atoms in the piperideine ring. In the case of 4-aryltetrahydropyridines 2-oxotetrahydropyridines are formed initially. 3,4-Dihydroxypiperidin-2-ones and finally 1-aminoalkan-3-ones are then formed. The oxidation of 4-methyl-substituted tetrahydropyridines to the analogous 1-aminoalkanones begins differently - with 3,4-dihydroxylation followed by lactamization of the piperidinediols. 相似文献

acetonitrile is used instead of acetone, the reaction under similar conditions occurs as selective ketodihydroxylation of
the starting piperideines yielding 1-R-3,4-dihydroxy-4-(γ-pyridyl)piperidin-2-ones. The molecular and crystal structures of

Solubilization kinetics for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons transferring from a non-aqueous phase liquid to non-ionic surfactant solutions 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
A modified rotating disk apparatus was used to investigate the mass transfer of two polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) compounds, naphthalene and phenanthrene from a synthesized non-aqueous phase liquid (NAPL) comprised of hexadecane and the 2 PAHs into different non-ionic surfactant solutions. Major factors influencing the rate of solubilization of PAHs from a NAPL in micelles of different non-ionic surfactants were determined. As the surfactant concentration increased, the mass transfer coefficients for both PAHs from the NAPL decreased. The maximum rates of solubilization of the PAHs however increase with surfactant dose. The rate of solubilization was found to be limited by rates of desorption of mixed micelles from the NAPL and their rate of diffusion into the bulk solution phase. The influence of the surfactant molecular structure on the kinetics of the solubilization process was investigated. The results suggested that the length of the alkyl portion of the non-ionic surfactant and the micelle volume influenced the solubilization kinetics. The results of the investigation improve our ability to provide a rational basis for selecting the optimum surfactant and dose to enhance the solubilization of PAHs from NAPLs. 相似文献

[RuCl(L)(PPh(3))(2)] complexes with 2-benzoylpyridine- and 2-pyridineformamide-derived thiosemicarbazones (HL) were obtained and fully characterized. The complexes form cis-trans isomers. The cis isomer is disfavored by the sterical effect of two bulky groups close to each other whereas the trans isomer is disfavored by the electronic effect of competition of two phosphorous for pi-bonding d orbitals of the metal. Our results suggest that, although both factors may be operating simultaneously, in CH(2)Cl(2) solution the balance of these counterpoising effects favors the formation of the trans isomer. 相似文献

In this study, photodynamic inactivation (PDI) was used to inhibit in vitro growth and adhesion of different Candida isolates to buccal epithelial cells (BEC). Experimental conditions were optimized and 25 μM toluidine blue O (TBO) and 15 min of irradiation time by light emitting diode (LED) (energy density of 180 J/cm2) were selected due to higher reductions in cellular viability obtained after treatment. Reduction media of Log10 3.41 in viable cellular growth and media of 55% in the inhibition of adhesion to buccal epithelial cells were obtained. Two fluconazole resistant isolates were susceptible to PDI (Log10 3.54 in IB05 and Log10 1.95 in CG09) and a second session of this treatment for CG09 isolate inhibited cellular viability in 100%, without producing heat. The results permit to conclude that photodynamic inactivation under these experimental conditions would be a possible alternative approach to inhibit Candida spp. cellular growth and adhesion to buccal epithelial cells. 相似文献
